I used to have the most severe emetophobia as a kid/teenager. I overcame it when I started drinking alcohol. Suddenly vomiting was like the greatest feeling ever.
I gotta go with speeches. No matter how much I tell myself I don't ****ing care what people think of me I can't get myself to chill! So frustrating.
Aw I used to be the same way but Freshman year of high school I signed up for public speaking and it was the most useful class I took all throughout high school. When I started we took a test to rate our fear of public speaking and I had the highest level of anyone in the class like I would start shaking when I had to stand up and speak and there were only 8 or so other people taking the class but by the end it didn't really bother me standing up and speaking and now I'm in college and I love getting up to speak in front of other people. Its scary to start but its so useful you should take it if you have the chance.
I dread flying, especially when I'm flying over the ocean. Last summer I had to go on a 14-hour flight to the Philippines, and I would be anxious about the flight weeks in advance because I was scared of getting into an accident.
Aside from flying, I have a fear of frogs (ranidaphobia). I've never been disgusted with snakes, spiders, or insects in general, but when I'm around frogs I always feel really uneasy and sick. I read up on it and I heard that most people develop ranidaphobia when they have a traumatic experience about frogs. I remember being in second (or first?) grade during recess once, I was with some people in my class and we saw the body of a frog in the crack between the sidewalk and the grass. At first we thought it was dead and then we saw its belly gurgling and we assumed that it was breathing, so some of my classmates picked up the frog and propped it upright. We then noticed that it still wouldn't move and that its eyes were closed, then we saw its skin rip open and worms came out of its head I freaked out at the time, especially since I didn't even know what parasites were, and I've been disgusted with frogs since. Thank goodness I don't have to dissect them in high school.

I also can't stand group of holes, I think they have a name for it (too scared to google it).
I know right, it's so DISGUSTING 
I freaked out at the time, especially since I didn't even know what parasites were, and I've been disgusted with frogs since. 
Thank goodness I don't have to dissect them in high school.
