I don't think there's anything wrong with using slang/ebonics. However if your vocabulary is exclusively limited to only speaking that way to the point that you have to talk like you're Beytarded then you're a genuinely hot tragic trashy mess.
Snoop for example uses and invented a whole slang language but when he is actually speaking you can hear how intelligent he is.

When you are a flop nobody cares about, your Metacritic score is going to be higher since only critics who are fans will bother to review your album. This is why Lana, Shakira & K$ their last albums have relatively high Metacritic scores despite their albums being crappy (although I kinda enjoyed Warrior).
