Not long ago they said the Earth was the only planet in our solar system with water, then they discovered ice on Mars. Then they said Earth was the only place with flowing water, and less than 48 hours ago they discovered that on Mars too. I'm not saying mermaids exist, or that the video is real, but you shouldn't be so closed minded.

Scientist have never said Earth was the
only planet to have flowing water, maybe in the past when science was just beginning, but not anytime recently. There has been speculation about other planets and actual proof of other planets having water (and/or ice) for years. There's a whole planet of water that was discovered actually.
And I'm not being closed minded. I'm just being real. The fact that people out of elementary school think a half-human half-fish is a possibility at all, is baffling. If you want to see a "mermaid" head to your local aquarium and visit the manatee exhibit.
