cop has 3 bullets to kill whom he thinks is slasher, since niko is a confirmed slasher it would be better to use a bullet on him than on sazare, who we don't know if is a slasher or not.

Sazare is lying and is blaming the murder on me, even though he was the murderer. Sazare will go out clean, and end im cleaning YOU GUYS (since he is a slasher which we all know now), while im dead.
