When can I start the Mariah videography rate?

I already asked Mr. Ace for this, but he kinda shut me down.

EDIT: So is the requirement for a discog rate, two albums? Cause they're a lot of artists that have had discog rates, but they've only released two albums.

HBHBHB, FROOT, and then some combo of Delirium, VV Brown's Glitch, and Little Boots' Working Girl for the other 2. They are all english and they all are on there 3rd studio albums, and all of these albums represent a stylistic change for the artist involved. That is why it would work well as a niche rate.

I Cry When I Laugh might work with the HBHBHB, Froot, and Delirium just because Jess has had the chart success (at least in the UK) of a much more established act, but I'd still lean towards the first option.

To prevent the same pop girl albums from being used again and again. I think the mods should just be able to use discretion in what should be allowed to be re-used but that's not up to me.

Maybe. I'm not sure. Tbh, I just assumed KMO and MIAMTEC had been used already, but that sounds like a good rate, so I'd be happy if they are being saved for that.

November 6th. And calm down. There are already 10 niche rates ongoing and most of them are still in the voting stages, so you are probably gonna have to wait a bit in the queue before you can start it anyways.

Glitch came out a couple days ago and Working Girl was released in July.
