Remeber when a school refused to let a teenager to bring a same-sex date to prom? They suspended for a week him.

Well its the school decision.
That student can literally go anywhere in the world.
Why go to a place where he probably be unwanted or mistreated??
It was for the student's best interest regarding his safety tbh, but the sunpension was too harsh imo.
Ok. They literally had no problem with him going with a boy, they had an issue w/ him bringing a student from another school, which is against the rules. They reiterated that time and time again. He knew the rules and broke it. He deserved to be suspended.
Rules are rules I guess, I still think it's a bit of an exaggeration
sucks this still happens in 2015. not surprised tho since its in America
America is one of the few places in the world where a teen can take his same-sex partner to a dance though (well not always of course, but attempt that in Asia, South America, Eastern Europe or the Middle East)
