"No Angel" part on her VMA performance was a highlight

No BTINH though...the only performance i like of it was the Kimmel one b/c that was a total new arrangement but she was sick. I don't like the way she's done it after that.

Did you miss the part where I said she didn't need new production, choreography etc to do a new show? In fact, I actually less of those things would make for a better show. All she would need to do is just...sing.

She knew the Global Citizen concert would be airing and she knows how hard her fans and that many of them would watch both concerts.

I just want her to do Jealous and Mine on the next tour. Thematically they would flow into each other so well.

Changing 2 - 3 songs still wouldn't please you. I'm sure it took a lot of time to put the MIA show together. When she did the Festivals in the UK, they were the same too. You are doing too much really, it's not always about the fans.

I was expecting her performance to be a travesty the way some of ya'll are acting...

I get that Beyonce is the STANDARD, but even her fans expect way too much from her sometimes.
I've watched both concerts, and while there are definitely similarities, there were still subtle differences between the two which I appreciated.
You can tell that she studied her MIA performance and found ways to make the setlist more seamless.

As for her GCF performance, I thought it was okay. However, her last 2 performances haven't lived up to her previous standards which is understandable. I actually think it's just the dead crowds that make the performance seem less stellar. If the crowd was going crazy, I think we all would have felt that she truly killed it.

I hope she doesn't keep the same set list for her next tour, it's not clicking.

I don't think the crowd was dead tbh. I think they simply cut the audio from them. Unless yall were expecting Brazil's hype level or something.

I watched Rihanna and Katy's Rock in Rio performances.....be GLAD your fave is Beyonce.

.....they were entertaining though. Rio has the most lit crowds ever.

If we are talking ideal things Beyoncé should have done (and I maintain that I find it no problem whatsoever that she retained so much of the MIA concert), I'd like her to include more vocal powerhouse songs. Why Don't You Love Me at the MCSWT was the perfect example of her taking her existing song and adding crazy vocals to it to make it something entirely new. Otherwise, adding in more covers because those are always thrilling. The Beautiful Ones is a good example. OR, adding back some her best Ballads like Listen or DIL because Halo is really the only one she's doing and she's not serving the vocals like she did for it back in the IAWT.

How did you guys feel about the Redemption Song performance? I wish we heard her more for that time she was free styling while Mandela spoke because it sounded AMAZING. Otherwise I don't find that song is well suited for her voice. She sounded pretty bland throughout.

Weird choice, but it was surprisingly solid. As expected, she struggled a little in her verses, but their voices seemed to be in great harmony during the chorus.

It depends on who you ask: genuine Beyonce fans or Halo fans.
