Bionic's an iconic album that's more memorable than Artpop, and Burlesque was more successful than CTC so no.

I would have said yes if Bionic = ARTPOP, but the sad truth is that
ARTPOP = Bionic + Borlesque + Lotus combined, in a WORSE market, so bye bitch.

I remember everyone thought Xtina would make a comeback with Lotus and then flopped even harder.
