It's not like you became famous straight out of the 90s. You knew EXACTLY what you were getting into when you signed that record deal. There have been worse case scenarios.
Be grateful. dumbass.
True, I mean if he didn't release new music, he's fame could've ended next year tbh
“‘Ur So Gay’ was mainly written for a couple of different reasons — mainly because I got dumped, and it was a nice outlet, a way to be like, ‘OK, you wanna play?”’ Perry told The Associated Press after one of her performances at the South by Southwest music festival Friday.
“It also takes a shot at the whole indie scene: The guys who are using the eyeliner, the straight irons, and my ex-boyfriends who would borrow my jeans and never give them back!” http://www.today.com/id/23638892/ns/...r-so-gay-song/
Most people don't have the opportunity to meet their favorite artist, so it's a once in a lifetime experience and want to remember the moment with a photo. It does suck that if he doesn't take a photo, people think he's a jerk. I get it, but the fans are just excited and want a photo.
I, on the other hand, overthink things and hardly ever ask for a photo if I see a celeb. I always think I'm the one that's going to make them snap.
I understand if there's a crazy mob, taking photos isn't plausible and he shouldn't have to. However, if he stops somewhere and theres like 5 fans waiting, it's a really messed up thing to ignore them.
Respect needs to be mutual.. He's lucky to have people dedicated to him after all of the dumb stuff that he has done.
Idk i thought it was a reasonable request. He takes photos with fans all the time but celebrities aren't in the mood 24/7. They're going to have bad days and they're allowed to say no sometimes. He said it respectfully, though the fans still wont listen. Its true that many fans sort of use celebrities as an object and don't truly care for them other than for pictures or to feel special because they're famous. Not that I feel really sorry for them but idk why fans at like maniacs. Its kind of disturbing, he's a person who sings like..
once again ATRL stays twisting the whole situation into something negative, he deserves respect and you're totally missing the fact where he's saying he would rather talk to a fan for 5 minutes then getting a picture because it means more and you're calling him ungrateful. makes sense.
