She's traveled from Barcelona to Minnesota back to Barcelona then back to NYC for a Unicef conference then a Fisher Price event then performed at the UN in front of the Pope all within a week or so & while taking care of her child...of course she's going to look tired lol. Plus she isn't wearing much makeup...and the curly hair tends to age her a bit...she was looking great here...
