This pretty much confirmed "Alive" (Adele version) was indeed a last minute reject for "25". I bet the official Sia version is her mastered demo

Adele made a good choice on the Birds Set Free, it wouldnt be good if people were saying it sounds like a Sia track. Alive is more of her style but I guess she had that Sia vibe perhaps
