David Cameron wants higher immigration secretly, since he wants to improve the economy to cut the deficit! He pretends to the general public that he wants to lower immigration since he's losing a lot of votes to UKIP, but usually he lets in hundreds of thousands each year.

But he does need to build more schools, houses, etc. urgently imo. But again he's focused on cutting the deficit so doesn't want to spend money atm.

So, he was there when Rihanna debuted on the scene with her dancehall album music if the sun that sold 100k in the UK. Did he buy it tho?

Birmingham and London are better cities than Manchester imo. However London is ridiculously expensive to live, I definitely think Birmingham is the better bet.
