I honestly don't think he is the killer, but I think it's pretty obvious he's helping the killer since the scene kinda confirmed it and Ryan Murphy saying he IS involved in the revenge plan and coming back as Joaquin Phoniex to spy and everything makes it pretty obvious he is helping the red devil

The concept is great but it was so poorly written/executed/acted. Emma really disappointed me

Jamie Lee was really good, though. (And Ariana played her stereotype surprisingly well, a shame they killed her)
