It's wrong if someone is doing it without disclosing it to their partner.
But if it's a situation such as a sugardaddy/sugarmomma where both of them knowingly know a main reason they're dating is money, then who is anyone to judge. If they're both fine with the terms of their relationship, then it's really for nobody else to judge or their business period.
