Yeah I'm sure this is lipsyncing, backing track is when the harmonized vocals are played while the singer is doing the main vocals, playing the song with the belts is not a backingtrack it's lipsyncing.

Nope, the backing track for TEOG is like that at each show and she sings over it for most of the performance. Because she's puking, the backing track during that particular seems louder since you can't hear her singing over it.
Yes, it's a loud backing track. No, that's not lip syncing.

If you watch her during the bridge where she's dancing on top of the castle with her dancer, she doesn't even move her lips during those belts, which means again she isn't lip syncing since you have to, you know, sync your lips to the track in order to be lip syncing.
