sean also reportedly once wore a ski mask and a buddy tied another student to a tree, poured a gas can full of water over him, and tossed a lit match at the teenager. he boasted about it. he was proud of that. he also shot the watch off elizabeth mcgovern wrist during an argument.

I'd like to think Madonna is mature enough that she wouldn't "keep it secret" just because he's probably the love of her life and they're friends. The way he's denying it shows the kind of person he really is and how much he minimizes what he did to her, IMO.
