If she doesn't win this injunction, and actually has to go to trial with Luke over her music in late 2016, she's done.
If you read the non-bolded parts, Kesha submitted an injunction saying she will allow Luke to keep the lawsuit going, so long as she is allowed to be released so she can release music to fiscally support herself.
Since her and Luke are both suing each other, she legally can't even sing her music right now. After Clemson U, she's been barred from performing music she wrote with or without Luke live.
Luke literally owns her, with this lawsuit going on she can't make money, which makes me believe she wouldn't be lying about this. It's pretty ****ed up.
