I'd assume the constant pain for months and months on end.

how in the hell would 99% of people on here know I'd assume the baby literally causing your internal organs to move around, pressing on your lungs and making it hard to breathe, pressing on your bladder and causing you to pee hourly, kicking you from the inside, not being able to find a comfortable sleeping position, not being able to dress yourself or shave below the stomach, swollen feet, and finally the hell that is giving birth to a literal human being would be the worst parts

The thought of having your freedom taken away from you for the next 18 years, I'd imagine.
