OT:
Water/Milk with some cookies in the morning.
Usually lunch a yogurt with crackers and 2 sandwhiches (at work)
A complete meal at dinner.
and that's it.
Of course if im craving for anything else I instantly buy it, I dont even think about it, I struggle with gaining weight.
