Four days a week! And my gym is dead 90% of the time.

We have a few campus gyms but the one nearest to me is ratchet as ****, it doesn't even have air conditioning. What kind of gym doesn't have AC? Especially in the cardio rooms? The newer one is really nice but I like to exercise at night and it's all the way across campus, which I refuse. Maybe I'll start going once the heat dies down, I miss running.

I used to go a couple times a week but I've dialed down into doing more outside cardio daily until it gets cold again.

Yes but halfway through my two weeks off cause I injured my knee kick-boxing.

I prefer running outdoors, but I use the track if I'm doing intervals or something else that requires exact distances.

I stopped ultimately going in November 2014 (also dieting) because of the Holidays and stress from school. I solely just focused on school.

Right now, I am thinking about continuing my diet and walk to loose weight and be skinny after 10 years.
