ATRL+ users get access during the second stage (as mentioned in the OP). No sign-ups are necessary for that. Only sign up if you would like to contribute helpful feedback in the first stage of the beta.

1) How familiar are you with design? (Professional, enthusiast, casual, other[specify]) -- Enthusiast. My main experience with site design is on wikis and subreddits where I used to create custom CSS stylesheets to make cosmetic changes to the site's appearance.
2) How familiar are you with site usability and responsive design?(Professional, enthusiast, casual, other[specify]) -- Enthusiast. I use this site on a variety of devices and screen sizes so I would love to test it out on as many screens as possible to make sure everything is fine.
3) What do you expect to be your main area of interest during testing? (features, new design, etc) -- Mainly I would like to test out the new features to make sure they are working as they should. I would give suggestions on how I think these features could be improved and the little changes I think would make them more user friendly and intuitive. However, I would also love to critique the site's design and report any bugs I find in the beta.
4) What’s your primary internet browser? Chrome / Safari on Mac.
5) How often do you browse on mobile? - Multiple times a day.

I use the true mobile, redirects and all.
I only switch to the Desktop Version to send a PM (it's broken on mobile layout) and to check if a post has been warned or not (also broken).

1) How familiar are you with design? (Professional, enthusiast, casual, other[specify])
2) How familiar are you with site usability and responsive design?(Professional, enthusiast, casual, other[specify])
Mainly casual, but I did a website design thing two years ago in school and now I'm doing Computer Science which has some programming involved, if that counts. I'll say this for both, as I don't get whether you mean web design or whatnot. I use it on lots of devices and the current mobile is a featureless mess so I'd like to see how this responsive design pans out.
3) What do you expect to be your main area of interest during testing? (features, new design, etc)
The new design and site layout, and the responsiveness, and how well the features translate on multiple devices.
4) What’s your primary internet browser?
Safari.
5) How often do you browse on mobile?
All the time to and from school, so about 2 hours total every single weekday, and then whenever I'm tired and in bed, so about another hour.

1) Professional, double major in graphic design and computer science, third year in university!
2) Professional, I'd like to think by now I know what I'm doing as far as programming and where things lack and could be strengthened.
3) Definitely the new design! I'd love to see what everyone has come up with and how ergonomic the new layout feels! It's time for a crisp breath of air!
4) Chrome
5) Occasionally, have an iPhone 6 and use Safari, I'd be willing to browse more on mobile if asked!
I'd love to test and give everyone feedback, so let me know!

I would love to help out; I am a programmer and am very experienced with web design, however I'm not sure if I would have the time.
Best of luck. And finally!

How familiar are you with design?
Professional - I code and have to design programs by hand or software.
How familiar are you with site usability and responsive design?
Enthusiast. I appreciate beautiful web design and definitely have a good eye for intuitive and efficient designs, taking into account how different elements of a web site work together to offer a seamless experience. Usability and intuitiveness are interlinked: how familiar a design feels enhances the usability. Responsiveness is important for navigating from A to B in the quickest time - this is dependent on usability.
What do you expect to be your main areas of interest during testing?
Definitely the notifications feature - perhaps the most requested addition to ATRL. I look forward to seeing the updated posting options that will hopefully enhance usability. Most of all, however, I'm desperate for an updated design that will be slick and up-to-date.
What's your primary Internet browser?
Chrome on my Mac, Safari on iOS.
How often do you browse on mobile?
Daily for extended periods of time, sometimes more than my Mac.
