In response to the science thread
To me it's definitely English.
Too often I see literature be discarded in heart by students but consider this for a moment - literature contains material relevant to every subject, occupation and existing topic. No rights or wrongs just an infinite stream of knowledge. Now you don't have to like every book out there and you don't have to like Shakespeare but poetry can be trendy and rebellious too
Everyone can find their voice in literature and that's why it's the best subject out there, stay pressed haters!
