Like IKAG and Hot N Cold were hot, but Waking Up In Vegas was just boring, generic garbage.

That song shouldn't have even gotten as far as it did.

I don't agree but you missed my point anyways. The song was more successful than the two urban songs I mentioned and the chart should reflect that!
