Idk, I see great posts on a regular basis on here that I would love to "like" or reward in some way. I understand the argument that it would encourage more mess because people will fish for likes but I feel like posts like that already get a response anyway since people quote them to death.

Hell no. People will resort to making try-hard, attention seeking comments just for likes and it will turn into a competition. Besides, ATRL is a community, we don't need a like button. Just quote the post and say you agree or "this" or whatever. It's more personal that way and more active.
