pencils are for basics

Pencil because I loved to draw pretty things all over my books.

I can't remember the last time I touched a pencil

Pens, always. Pencils are so dull and boring.

Pen for signing checks and pencil for fine shade.

Pen because who uses pencils other than children

Pens. I don't like the sound that pencils make on paper.

In primary school we had to pass a handwriting test before we were allowed to write with a pen

I would never write with a pencil now though. They make my handwriting look even uglier

Me when I take exams

I'm also left handed so unless the pen is quick dry it ****s up my paper and hand as I go

We aren't allowed to use pencils for assignments or tests/exams at my university, so there's no point in getting used to erasing mistakes when I'll have to cross it out during tests/exams.
I wish we could use pencils though, my workings/calculations always end up looking a mess.
