Beyonce and Rihanna are the only artists these days that will one day be legends. Beyonce is almost there, while Rihanna has still to work for it.

I don't think Katy or Taylor will be legends since I don't consider them memorable enough, at least not outside of the US. But we'll see.

They are not influential enough to be considered as legends. Taylor and Rihanna (if she stops slacking!) are on their way but katy has a long long way to go.
