It's hard to say really because someone's stage presence doesn't come across too well in videos and TV, you'd only get a true grasp of their presence if you attend the show personally.

I'm actually gonna agree to disagree here, because I know most people in this thread will say Beyoncé. Of course, she's a phenomenal performer and to say otherwise if foolish. However, something about her shows/tours is far too clean and rehearsed for me. A close friend of mine who attended two shows on her UK tour commented on this, saying each show was literally identical - step for step, word for word. Obviously an artist needs to know the show inside out and be thoroughly rehearsed, but it's nice for different crowds to experience the show slightly differently... otherwise they may as well just watch the concert DVD.
Like I said, this isn't a reflection on her performing skills because she's incredible, it's just her whole show and image seems far too rehearsed, like she's permanently in auto-pilot mode.
