No they don't, but it is eligible as a normal album in the usual categories. Guess it will be rock?

Depends on the category. If it's something like "best rock performance" then no, if it's something like "best rock song" then yes, because that's for the songwriter.

AOTY / Rock album would be for songwriters too.

Depends on the category. AOTY, ROTY, and 'Best Song' categories would also be nominations for Her, but 'Best Solo Performance' and 'Best Rock / Country Album' would only be noms for him.
