If I know them I will always call them out. If it's a stranger and I just silently judge them. I genuinely don't understand how people don't wash their hands after using the bathroom, it's not difficult.

I call out my family when they don't wash their hands after going to the toilet but I just don't do it with strangers. However, I have a mental list of most of the people who don't do it and I avoid giving them my utensils/stationary even if it's visible by saying nope sorry. If you don't have the decency to have simple hygiene, I won't show the courtesy to supply you with the stuff that i have to touch later on

It's vile though. I saw someone come out after pooping and not wash their hands and it was GROSS I won't associate myself with that.

I take a plastic container out of my bag that contains soap-y water, open the lid then force the person's hands into the container. Usually they thank me and force my hand into their own detergent container -- a pleasant, unexpected exchange.

I hate public conveniences that have the handle on the inside as you leave. WTF is up that pls. I don't touch it with my hands, as some people def won't have washed their pooey/pissy hands and I don't want that on me, tyvm.
