they asked her about Gaga back in the day when Gaga was the flavor of the year like Taylor has become
they typically ask legends how they feel about people who have such meteoric rises to superstardom as Taylor did with 1989 (and i mean that in the sense from transitioning from country pop act to full blown pop superstar) and i also say this as a complete Taylor stan / with love for ha, but Rih in her comparatively short career as a legend has done so much that it makes a lot of sense when they ask her about the other girls...... she's been there and done most of that already
