I don't think they have the same audiences. Sure there's overlap like with any major mainstream acts, but Taylor built her following in country then expanded into pop; Rih has always been a pop/R&B crossover act. When has Rih ever burned up the country charts or Taylor made waves on urban radio?

That said, I don't think it's a legit concern of hers or reason considering that Rih has done things like Home (specifically intended for children/family friendly); however, I just think she was looking for a polite/non-shady way to just say, "no, I wouldn't," without it being flipped into "Rihanna Disses Taylor!" headlines.
