When you're in a public bathroom and someone doesn't wash their hands in front of you do you call them out for it?

I don't, but my mother does. We were at Target one day, and she called out a teenage girl who didn't wash her hands. The poor thing was terrified.

I'm a germaphobe, I touch the door knobs or push the doors with a sheet of paper towel anyway. But if I forget and I'm not able to catch up to them as they're opening the door and have to turn the door knob after them, I will call them out.

No, but more people should. Washing really helps prevent disease, so bad hygiene is both gross and selfish to an extent.
