Firstly I can't believe they're remaking this - they've said it's going to be set 20 years after the original AND is going to revolve around a new Nanny... so how is that Mary Poppins?
Idgi like is it going to be a new Mary or not? if it is then I don't think Leona should play her - at the risk of sounding insensitive or racist (something I majorly do not want to come across as) I don't think Leona has the right look to portray Mary. And her voice is too soulful really, Mary is supposed to have a more musical voice - which is why Julie was so perfect in the role.
