How else is the Republican party going to change perception that it is not an inclusive party to women. All issues are women's issues...that's actually a powerful statement. Carly is actually quite moderate on the Democrats bread n' butter issue of women's rights.
Carly was the first female CEO of a fortune 500 company, so why act as if she doesn't know about "gender inequality" in business? She had to go to board meetings at strip clubs, and in her first managerial position she was introduced as "our token bimbo".

Because the Democrats want women, and minorities to play victim so they can never increase their upward mobility. Democrats want people to stay poor, because that is their main voting block.
