Religion has nothing to do with believing, which is what made those things "bad". You can still believe in God.

My parents aren't religious but they both identify as Christian. My sister is atheist and I'm agnostic

Yes, I am spiritual, but I don't really check under Christianity. My parents are Baptist Christians but they're okay with me not exactly being as religious as they are.
