Rap may be one of the biggest selling album genre's but female rap isn't. Female rap doesn't appeal to the male rap audience (a big part of the market) due to stereotypes and it being too feminine, plus the hints of pop only lessens the appeal and the pop audience aren't attracted to the album because it's too much rap and not enough pop. She really is in a difficult spot album wise with TPP. While C2C had 2 big names leading it, Tony is a huge name in Jazz and Gaga is a huge name in general so of course it would sell well
