Misleading headline?

Well at least it wasn't a super severe mistake, but they shouldn't even be having lapses like this.

I thought it was gonna be like the plane was supposed to go to Ohio but instead went to Hawaii

and they only realized they had the wrong plane midway of the flight.

it was the wrong type of aircraft, not the wrong flight. It's not like it was an LA to NYC flight that ended up in Hawaii

Dangerous. At least I know what American airline to avoid. Y'all post nothing but negative news about them.

American Airlines is normally okay. They've got a good track record. Well, except for their arrival/departure times. They've had crazy delays in the past but they've been improving a lot. This is probably just an isolated occurrence.

Spirit Airlines, the bottom of the barrel of American airliners, is the one you should definitely avoid.

Every American airline gets trashed. Most people only ever talk about their flight if they have a negative experience. It's rare that you'll get off a plane and think "what a great experience! I'm going to write a positive review."

That doesn't mean they're all the same in quality, Delta and United are the best, but you have pretty much equal odds at having a negative experience no matter which airline you use.

I heard Frontier has gotten bad lately. I still have yet to Fly Allegiant.

AA is a mess of company.

Had the worst experience in my last vacation with them on August.

They oversold our seats in destination to Orlando from Miami and we had to rented a car because the next flight they could give us was the next day at 1pm. Never flying with them anymore.


Btw, not only our seats were oversold but like 10 more seats.

I wouldn't complain if I ended up in Hawaii!
