I used to weigh 260 pounds and stood at 5'9'' at age 15, so I was considered obese

I did not have any thought whatsoever as to what I put in my body. I knew how to read a nutrition label, but I did not give two f**ks about calories and just assumed "I eat around 2500 anyway".. I probably ate about 4k a day
After getting off my fat a** and working out regularly, it made me stop craving all the junk food I used to eat. Also, the walls of my stomach are so small, I can only eat like a portion the size of a fist, and I'll be really full. Somehow, its like I got gastric bypass surgery naturally, because I get full SO quickly, and my friends are so jealous of me for that

I went from 260 to 148 in about 1.5 years, and have stayed nice and lean ever since (I'm 5'11'', 18 now).
I still eat my Pinkberry frozen yogurt tho, it's sooo good, thats like the one "unhealthy" thing I regularly eat... and sometimes a Starbucks frappuccino (but with no whip cream cuz I think whip cream tastes like snot, and nonfat milk)
But for breakfast I usually have oatmeal with fruit and a Fiber one (lol they're only like 90 cals) if I want carbs. If not, I eat eggs and bacon and some fruit
Recently for lunch I've been addicted to Acai bowls. Here in LA, there's an amazing chain called "Nekter" and it's SOOO good, so I usually have that. I'm not really into sandwiches tbh, never really was
For dinner, I have lean protein (chicken usually) and veggies and fruit.
I have a pretty healthy diet for the most part, and the nice thing is, I legitimately enjoy it. I don't eat fast food anymore because it absolutely repulses me.
After losing weight and eating healthy, my entire outlook on food and exercise changed. I pretty much eat food that's good for my body because in return, it makes me feel physically good. Exercise is one of my favorite pastimes now, whereas three years ago the idea of going on a run made me and my double chin gag.
As cliche as it sounds, if you wanna lose the lbs, you have to make a "lifestyle change", that you can keep up with and isn't temporary like all those random crazy fad diets
