I just started college two weeks ago so my eating habits are a mess.
During the week I usually eat very little. A granola bar for breakfast/lunch with either snacks throughout the rest of the day or a boring dining hall dinner. My friend and I established the weekends as when we'll splurge and go out to a couple of the numerous amazing/expensive restaurants around the city. My breakfast/lunch today was incredible
Also I've cut soda out of my life. I know it would be easy to get carried away with soda at the dining hall so now I just do water.
