Well because some Muslims choose not too. As a Muslim myself, The god us Muslim believe in (Allah) wants most us girls to wear a Hijab to cover ourselves. I know some girls who don't wear it cause they don't feel comfortable with it or they choose not to wear it. Thats their choice not mine. I say we're supposed too because that's what our god (Allah) wants us to do If they don't wear it you can ask them I guess.
