Because the people who criticize it are either jealous because they're too poor to afford it () or they're too insecure to admit that they would want to change something about themselves. A minor aesthetic retouch is always good, if needed. I know a girl who had a nose job when she was 16, and she became confident and much more beautiful.
Like if you have the money to get improvements by a good Dr than why not? As long are you aren't using your child support to get lip fillers I don't see the problem

And the whole "temporary" rebuttal doesn't hold much weight when most temporary practices, like make-up, are applied so continuously that they might as well be permanent features.

Suppose you were a female and you contoured your nose every day to look smaller, wouldn't it just be easier to go get a nose job? How isn't it false advertising? I don't want to have children with some insecure person who isn't showing their actual physical traits. It's hilarious when children of people who had plastic surgery come out looking nothing like their parents! Having bigger noses or attributes that were "covered up" by the parent who got the surgery. It doesn't change your DNA.
It's not false advertising because people aren't products to be advertised....? You aren't being forced to have children with anyone and I'd imagine that when you do have them, it'll be with someone you've gotten to known. Unless the sole basis of you having children with someone is their looks, which is where this might be an issue.
Not even coming at Beyonce, but her stan in here saying it's false advertising has to be trolling. Especially when she wears wigs/weaves, makeup, and has photoshopped her pics before. Would you call that false advertising?

I would continue to contour my nose because that's the one God gave me. And I didn't say people expect there DNA to be changed. You can read so I know you can see that. I said it's almost as if people think that after their surgery the problem won't come up again. When they have kids it does. I've been witness to this. A few friends discovered their mom or dad had surgery and had the nose to prove it.
