Well, considering some pop girls aren't even able to tour, let alone better their grosses each time, I wouldn't say Katy was declining. You can lay on the dates but if the public isn't interested, they won't go. But I'm sure you know that, right?
But while we're here, do provide me with some evidence of Prism's estimates that it failed to meet and the GP 'turning against' Katy. I'll wait.
Still pressed about this, it was the best song from the album.
