I can't not further on that discussion, I made mistake speaking on that certain topic.
Howth do I repenth for my sin? I new to seeing a higher power and I don't want to start off on the wrong footh. I will make a choice to start like women tomorrow
And Jesus did ACTUALLY exist. He was a real person and historians (non-religious ones included) attest to that. Obviously whether or not he was the actual son of God is where I can understand where people have doubt...as for me, I haven't really thought it through completely. I read a story back in freshman year that theorizes that Jesus did all that stuff we read in the Bible to give people some hope of a happy afterlife to ease their suffering/pain on Earth, but that he was just a normal human being. It seemed reasonable and I pondered on it for a few days but it hasn't really manifested into anything since then.
I never heard that! I think it's cool that new discoveries have only further proved the Bible's legitimacy. I don't think I could ever just write it off as some made up stories.
I low-key love happy life-loving all-accepting Christians they're so cute and innocent and like rare Pokemon tbh
honestly when I'm going through things I ask some close friends who are Christian to pray for me, it always makes me feel better even though I don't believe whatsoever
The universe is 13 billion years old and humans have existed for around 200,000 years (scientifically proven FACTS backed by countless evidence, hunties)
I'm really supposed to believe that some middle eastern guy from a mere 2,000 years ago is MY lord and savior and I need to repent my sins to me? sorry gorl......AIN'T BUYIN IT
We're simply animals just like the rest of em...but smarter
not to offend anyone's beliefs...just my personal onion
Anyways, if we really wanna have a serious discussion about it, I do believe in God and I think the Bible was never meant to be taken literally but just humanity's way of giving us a past/history (which is normal for every civilization), at least with the Old Testament. I think it's mostly metaphorical and all of the passages still have lessons/morals that are true, all things considered.

It makes you feel better? If this is true, I believe you going to get on the right path.
I'm a little wary about that, because there are so many translations and versions that say different things. Like, how do you even know which one is "right?"

Is earth really 6000 years old like the bible states? When will the apocalypse come and will it end in fire? How do I secure a spot in heaven by giving to the hat that is pass around in church?

Can you pick out a certain verse or example that shows it?
There are many versions of the bible correct all of the versions are worded differently but means the same thing.

the creator of the universe will reward you in life if you just give the church your hard earned money
the only path I'm getting on is to.... I'm just gonna stop here the Lord is in this thread watching
it's just a nice feeling knowing that people are thinking of you/sending good thoughts your way is all
Even though I have personal things in my life that I deal with may effect my relationship with Jesus Christ... But I just know God knows that I'm trying to live my life right so I could live with Him in Heaven.
I want to spread the gospel to others.
The bible says love God and love others.

The Bible word for word is not the word of God. All you have to do is look at two different translations that use different words which change the meaning. However the reading the Bible if you are a believer transcends the actual words through your connection. Like typing a message with perfect autocorrect or reading a sentence with only the middle letters jumbled
