I think you're probably quite the eccentric and possibly the rebel in how you want to present yourself in the world and cultivate your public persona. However, nothing you do strikes me as being in vein. There's a method and ingenuity to your madness. For example, I know someone with a leo rising but all of her planets are in the fourth house and she's quiet as ****.

I know someone else with a lot of water but almost all of his planets are in the fifth house, and he's always creative and entertaining and talking. not shy at all.

A lot of astrologers seem to say different things about this.

My friend doesn't know his birth time to T but he has either a Capricorn or Aquarius rising.
He looks Aquarian but perhaps he just has Uranus in the first house/conjunct ASC. in Capricorn. Hmm.
If he were a Cap. ASC., he'd have Scorpio MC, but I'm not sure how Scorpios MCs differ from Sag MCs.
