My sister did. My mom had an inkling. She often questioned me, growing up. I'm sure the rest of my family suspected something as well, seeing as there were several cases in which I was caught acting flamboyant/feminine (or the fact that I openly acted that way around my cousins).
They don't know, but nobody in my family ever brings up girls with me. Now that I think of it though, they never did with my brother or cousin either who are both straight. I guess I'll find out whenever I feel like coming out
