They only do the "New Pokemon" thing whenever there's a new mechanic that they haven't announced.
Like with Mewtwo and megas, or Kyogre/ Groudon and primals or now Zygarde and its new formes (which probably have a unquie way to change)

Not sure where I stand on Mega?Greninja. Most megas have notable physiological/structural changes, not just a few head embellishments. It miiiiight be, but I think Pokemon Z is just introducing a pokemon customization mechanic (as third games usually push the newly introduced features of a gen a bit farther), since Kalos is the French/"fashionable" region. The only thing that gives me pause is that that would actually be a cool and innovative feature, and we know how GF is when it comes to innovation.

No shade, I stan Water Queen Milotic. I'm just saying, there's a pattern between ppl who only like her and other femme pokemon like Ninetales, and how it's not surprising straight male KINGS like Arcanine and Charizard are snubbed here on ATRL But at least Mimi doesn't have a basic ass design like Ninetales and 95% of Gen 1

I mean why would mega Greninja looks like Ash? n

His whole head is altered. He has a red longer thing in the middle. The shape of the top part that comes out of his head is different(and is united with his ears or whatever those are for it to be a "mask" like some people claim). The tan part in his chest is now smaller in shape and in some sort of a Y. He has blades and a shuriken on his back.

IDK why you people need so many changes for a mega, I mean mega mawile got a new mouth, venasaur got some vines...It's obvious to me.

Wait so how will we change our zygardes form when we catch it?

Will there be an item? A special machine somewhere? Something like Deoxys? Will it evolve
