I wanted to ask what type of hairstyle or hairdo should I get ? My hair texture is straight and it's length is short to medium. I don't want anything crazy, or high maintence to handle and not gayish looking. I was thinking something like this.

The first one in the OP looks great, and not too basic.

That's a buzzcut.

Really depends on your hair type and head form. If you have a more oval face anything would suit you really.

For me, I used to get buzzcuts all the time cause it is easier to maintain and do, but it really annoys me when it gets a bit longer cause my hair is very straight and sharp and starts looking funny.

So I tend to get a crew cut (shaved sides and back, long top) since it looks good for a longer time.

The first and last pic in the OP are all great and easy to maintain! They also look good or at least decent on pretty much everyone, so they're safe options!
