Kelly doesn't usually have problems with her voice on tours, in fact her voice usually improves as her tours go on.
She's pregnant right now though, and that affects your voice. It's best for her to not push it and to give her body the rest it needs for her sake and for her baby's sake.

Sorry, but this comment is bs. There are hundreds of singers whose techniques aren't "perfect" but they can tour their asses off. This is a matter of Kelly being pregnant, having an extensive tour, and just general fatigue. Her technique is fine.
