I don't know about improving her vocals, I just hope her promo team gets their **** together for the next era. Everything went so well for TD and they really let her down with PRISM. Start the tour around the fourth single's release (like E.T. / California Dreams Tour) and have the video for the fifth single pre-filmed or schedule some time to film a proper video. Streaming is crucial now and unless she steps up her videography game even more she's not going to match PRISM numbers (which is nearing 4B total streams ).
