I was thinking about how the spotify charts works.

How do they count streaming points ?
When I have today's the day, which is P!NK's new song by the way, on repeat , does it count for every time I play it, or just once?

And when I add P!NK's new song Today The Day to my playlist which is available offline, does it count for P!NK 's Today's The Day too or not?

Hmm this.

For songs that I love (and I know I'm gonna repeat them a lot), I download them all, so I don't know if they count that towards the popularity of the songs.

I don't live in the US though, so I don't matter to Billboard

Offline plays are counted. There's a log of your offline plays sent to spotify and AM each time you go online.
